Post Title: +Rava Idly/Steamed Semolina Savoury Cakes..:) Hi all, its breakfast time and today i am making the most loved breakfast @ my place...its 'RAVA IDLY'...They came..they raved....and they conquered...!! This is what happens year after year...day after day..:) and its healthy too! this version is pretty much the instant one..which i keep ready to use..all the time...i make the mix atleast once or twice a month...and use it as and when i feel like..! It's instant, it's yum, kids love it and its damn easy to make..!! It's definitely a keeper for life..:). Cooking Time:15mins. Serves: Makes 10 - 12 Idly's. Having my dearest MIL & FIL over for a visit @ my place, i thought i'd give them a lil taste of my baking addiction, in fact i've been itching for almost over a month & a half to get my hands on my owen...Boy - O - Boy was i happy....Baking makes my heart skip a couple of beats with happines...!! Broccoli & Carrot Stuffed Parantha (Pictorial Step by step)

Hmmm...Heavenly smell of Parantha's sets a different mood in the whole household,people automatically begin looking like "Jerry mouse" of Tom & Jerry fame who goes weak in the knees with the heavenly smeel of Cheese, jeeezzzz.....!!! Mom goes frantic when it's parantha day at my place, coz she seldom gets a chance to even sit and eat a hot parantha with all that luxury of parantha's coming straight from the tawa/Ladle straight  to her plate... Yummmm...it's more of an imaginative visual experience for her or rather the halucination she goes through...especially when she see's most women her age being served by their bahu's...!! Mom's moment of glory is yet to arrive in say hmmmm...about 10-15yrs from now since my brother is just 14 yrs old now...;( tough luck yet mom...then she takes in a deep breath sighing says " Mera Number Kab Ayega..??"(Meaning: When will my turn to sit and have 3 meals with peace & be served come...?? well...

Sprouted Ragi, Sprouted Moong,Sprouted Wheat & Almonds all make a complete whole meal for babies above six months. With the onset of the day i set out making breakfast for my daughter(normally the same which everyone at home has), but the big question for my 14 month old toddler was what would she love for lunch..?? most mothers would agree with me, that what to make is a question which haunts almost all mom's.
