Hi all, its breakfast time and today i am making the most loved breakfast @ my place...its 'RAVA IDLY'...They came..they raved....and they conquered...!! This is what happens year after year...day after day..:) and its healthy too!
this version is pretty much the instant one..which i keep ready to use..all the time...i make the mix atleast once or twice a month...and use it as and when i feel like..!
It's instant, it's yum, kids love it and its damn easy to make..!! It's definitely a keeper for life..:).

- Small semolina/Chiroti rava: 2cups.
- Rai/Mustard seeds: 1/4 tsp.
- Urad dal: 1/4 tsp.
- Ginger: 1inch.
- Curry leaves: 10-15nos.
- Green chillies: 2nos.
- Carrots: 1no.(optional).
- Coconut grated: 1/2 cup.(optional).
- Baking powder: 1/2 tsp.
- Yogurt: 2cups.
- Salt:to taste.
- Oil: 1 tbsp.
