Post Title:+Mango-Chocolate Marble Loaf Cake..;)Eggless & Butterless;P*Tried & Tested* This month's HBC(Home Bakers Challenge) challenge was real fun hosted by Sangee Vijay Of Sipcy Treats , the fruit of the season mango n chocolate mania spread its wings and brought a whole lot of us under mere temptation to bake these goodies! And when these goodies are Eggless and Butterless i think i Sinned but a little less...;D. Well i searched and searched for mango pulp...but did'nt manage to get it around where i lived..i was also damn lazy(yet desperate to gorge on the gorgeous stuff) to get dressed when all leave and push the stroller in 45deg hot summer of Dubai and try going even little farther than my building to get mango pulp...then...i managed to push some buttons on my phone to check with my local grocery...where he said in his hindi with a pakka south indian accent.."sory madam,Mango Pullp Nahim Hain...Parr Fresh Mango hain..aapko chahiye..?? +Busy-Day Chocolate Sponge Cake(Dairy Free & Low-Cal n Eggless)..;P Hi all i'm back and all set...Holidays really didn't go as planned....Since Hubby's granny passed away 2 days after we landed and the whole idea of a great holiday turned out on a very sad note, She was one sweetheart and great lady...i really really miss her, sooooo...unlike a great mom-in-law(which she never ever let me feel like she was a grand mom in law)...she was so much like my own nani-ma...sooo.... full of love and care and most importantly loved to feed all of us...just like all mom's n granny's. Eggless Choco - Nutty Cookies The Best Thing about them: I fall in love with these cookies each time i bake them, actually one can never stop raving enough even as the aroma waffles through the entire house as these cookies still bake in the oven, a heavenly combination of Chocolate and Nuts...Hmmnnn....!! The Worst Thing about them: I cant stop myself from eating them through the day, i don't wanna share them with one single soul..to top it..I'm drooling.. ahemm ...sorry about the gooey mess that went on the keyboard even as I'm typing this..!! Basic Eggless WWF Sponge Loaf Cake..;) A Confession : Though I've been baking for quite sometime now,i must confess a basic sponge cake was more a matter of luck in my "cake"...Oops...sorry "case"..!!  I would go on and on like mom always very rightly said "Try try never say die...
