Let Them Eat Cup Cakes...Put The Carrots On Top now...;)

When it comes to getting your toddler to eat healthy food yet something that looks more like what all other children buy from the supermarket & eat...well "healthy carrot muffins", there couldn't be a better answer at least for the moment when i don't have too much time to cook , for kids who are naughtier & families who are naughtier.... what could be a better idea than this...?? The most important part was that each yummy cupcake contains about 1/2 a serving of veggies, without the frosting, plus healthy enough for your child to have them every day. It took off really cool & everybody ate the cupcakes as if they had never tasted something like this actually they had never tasted something like this...!! As the carrot cup cakes baked in my oven the sweet aroma of carrots filled the house, the great thing was that it took only about 20-25 mins to get them all done...hmmmm...smells heavenly...!! well try it, I'm sure you will have the same opinion...

Sprouted Ragi,Moong,Wheat & Almonds Porridge for kids

Sprouted Ragi, Sprouted Moong,Sprouted Wheat & Almonds all make a complete whole meal for babies above six months. ( actually south or north india how does it really matter what matters is, is this good for my child, if yes what's wrong in adapting to it...??) . Ragi is a little filling for young babies hence it is always advised to feed them during the day so it can be well digested, but, some people also suggest...

Healthy Veggie Khichidi For kids..;)(12 months Onwards)

Nothing can be more nutritional than a veggie khichidi for children, the good thing about it is the variations you can make with it. With the onset of the day i set out making breakfast for my daughter(normally the same which everyone at home has), but the big question for my 14 month old toddler was what would she love for lunch..?? most mothers would agree with me, that what to make is a question which haunts almost all mom's. Toddlers are picky at this stage, they can't stop themselves from exploring the brand new world around them. They would be quite irritated if you put them up on the highchair, or even if you try spoon feeding them. Well mummies, Take heart - this stage of baby feeding, while quite challenging, it will soon pass. Let your baby be your guide, try not to get frustrated9 be observant of your child's likes & dislikes). It's important for baby to decide the foods she wants to eat. Before you know it, your baby will be eating all the adult foods ...
