Loneliness Is....

A picture of a Lone Sunken boat @ Kerela close to AJ's ancestral home
I happened to come across an article (by anon) i read while i was whining to myself about my hubby not being around...no doubt unlike other hubby's AJ travels a lil more often and frequently..due to business  of course...!! And when it's due to business obviously it's unavoidable..and me and my 18month old are often left alone at home...this time though we have her paternal grandparents over for a good 2 month's..!!

But coming to think of it i always felt Loneliness Kill's...but my perspective changed a 1000th fold after reading this, I felt I must share this with all of course with a few thought's of my own as well ..... Read on people.....

Loneliness is something you cannot share.....The more i look around me, the more I am amazed at the way we are isolating & insulating ourselves from each other.

We do not talk to our friend sitting next to us, we tend to SMS someone far away...!!
We do not write one single loving note to our near & dear ones, but spend hours emailing or chatting with unknown people around the globe...!!

We are often seeking solace in anonymity. We want relationships(If you can even use the word i know not..) that have no responsibility or commitment for that matter...!!

We do not want to be questioned by anyone...fine...but as a 2 edged sword, we get back to loneliness, lack of commitment from others, & a sense of not belonging anywhere..!!

To escape from this feeling we run towards groups, cults, clubs or office colleagues, where we share our valuable time, but not our emotions..!!

Often we fortify ourselves against the next recession(of warmth, love & care that we may receive from our very own near & dear ones) then invest in people & make sure that we are committed to the most important relationships in our lives..!!

What can i say further....

Change = Happiness
Self Control = Attitude = Happiness = Think about it...!!

Further we even feel jealous that all others around us are more happier than us... and curse our luck ...but remember one important thing people...

" A Jealous person is like a candle, he keeps melting himself, while others enjoy the light...!!"

Basically what we need to understand, decide & choose for ourselves is if we want to melt ourselves which obviously will not only hurt us but also hurt our near & dear ones who really care for us, Or Choose to enjoy the light and bask in the warmth of  love & light of Positivity...!!

Lot's of love & may your life be filled with LIGHT & brightness...:-D

Eggless Choco Crumbly Cookies*Tried & Tested*

A few days back i happened to post my *Tried & Tested* version of  20 min Choco Almond - Cashew Secret Center Crumbly Cookies and a very old school friend popped me a question on how about an egg-less version and  and i decided to give that a try well with slight variations of my own..;).This is an exceptionally easy one for baking beginners. These are Classic Shortbread sort of Cookies which absolutely melt in your mouth...but technically these are cookies which use Cornflour along with normal All purpose Flour while baking these. The Cocoa in it adds a much needed twist to their melt in the mouth texture apart from the fact that these are Egg less.I used a bit of yoghurt and maple syrup while experimenting with flavours and while adding to it's health value i don't think it did much harm to the cookie's texture too...;) This one's gotta be a keeper ladies..;) So Reena, here's what i got for you especially: Eggless Chocolate Crumbly Cookies*Tried & Tested*...

+Coffee Liqueur - (Non Alcoholic)

Coffee Liqueur - (Non - Alcoholic): This is something i used when i made my daughter's Birthday Cake earlier, and i really can vouch on this one for it's taste, i actually shouldn't be terming this one as liqueur, because there is no alcohol in it.  But frankly you know what, I can't just call it plain coffee-cocoa-sugar syrup.  I'd say this one's just too plain for something so ecstatic tasting,In fact, this one is so amazing. And if you just happen to have a little extra left, just save it up and use it to make your next cup of home-made mocha, and believe me you won't just stop at one cup! What Goes Inside: 1 Cup: Water. 1 Tbsp: Cocoa powder( I used Hershey's). 1 1/4 Tbsp: Instant Coffee powder. 3/4 Cup: Sugar. How it's put in together:   In a small pan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Set aside and cool before using. If you intend on making an alcoholic liqueur, all you need to add to this is few couple spoons ...

Eggless Choco-Nutty Cookies*Tried and Tested*

Eggless Choco - Nutty Cookies The Best Thing about them: I fall in love with these cookies each time i bake them, actually one can never stop raving enough even as the aroma waffles through the entire house as these cookies still bake in the oven, a heavenly combination of Chocolate and Nuts...Hmmnnn....!! The Worst Thing about them: I cant stop myself from eating them through the day, i don't wanna share them with one single soul..to top it..I'm drooling.. ahemm ...sorry about the gooey mess that went on the keyboard even as I'm typing this..!! Okay lets forget all about the mess and concentrate on the recipe of the cookies: Over the past year or two(i.e since i actually began baking out for just the sakes of passion of  baking) i realized that baking gives you such a high..even when i'm feeling down,low...or just feel any negativity creeping in me and i just resort to baking Believe me it just beats my stress away...and i'm all set and dolloped like chille...
